The InitRepo demo walks through a complete project planning run — from blank questionnaire to eight downloaded planning deliverables — in under ten minutes. It shows the product as it actually works, not a slide deck simulation.

What the demo covers

The demo runs through five areas in sequence:

• The wizard — the five-step questionnaire: project type, name and description, capabilities, design direction, and confirmation. Shows how little input is needed to get a complete plan.
• The generation run — all eight generation stages completing live: blueprint, business analysis, PRD, UX/UI spec, architecture, user stories, roadmap, and context index. Shows real Gemini output, not canned examples.
• The document viewer — tabbed view of all eight planning deliverables with the generated content. Shows the depth and structure of a real output.
• The ZIP download — client-side ZIP generation and download. Shows how documents leave InitRepo and go into a project repository.
• Using documents in an agent — a brief walkthrough of adding the planning documents to Claude Code and starting a coding session with full context.
